Jacqueline is a resident actress and founding member of 12 Miles West. Ms. Knox has produced over 35 plays and special presentations for 12MWsince its inception in 1992. For the past five years, the company's plays and artists have been honored with The Star Ledger's annual Critic's Choice forExcellence in New Jersey Theatre. Under Ms. Knox's direction, the company continues to express its unique mission through productions of original and lesser-known works utilizing the talents of NJ's only resident company currently numbering 50 professional theatre artists. As an accomplished actress, her stage credits include: SHOW & TELL, THE MISANTHROPE, DUTCHMAN and TWO ROOMS (cited as most promising actress 1994, Star Ledger) at 12MW, VOICE OF THE PRAIRIE, BRIGHTON BEACH MEMOIRS at Theatrefest; the world premiere of THE GRADUATE at Stageworks Summit; A SHAYNA MAIDEL at Forum Theatre; and ABUSE at both the Samuel French Short Play Festival and the Turnip Theatre Festival She has also appeared in numerous independent films. She teaches acting and playwriting to children and adults throughout the state. Ms. Knox is a graduate of Montclair State University, Department of Speech and Theatre and William Esper Studios advanced acting training, NYC.
