John Zilles Biography

John is delighted to be sharing the stage with his wife again, having previously done so in the Players Theater Co. Inc. productions of "The Odd Couple", "Plaza Suite", " An Act of the Imagination", & "Trivial Pursuits". John has also appeared in The Players productions of the musical "Fantasticks", and the play "A Grand Romance". He has appeared in the BCP productions of the musicals "Sweeney Todd" and "Closer Then Ever", and the play "The Little Foxes". John has a degree in vocal music from Florida State University. He performed for one season with the NYC Opera in 1960's. He took his turn too with work in summer stock. He currently sings with the "Roy Meyer Swingers" - a jazz vocal group.
