hailing from North Carolina, returns to Princeton Opera where in 1994, he was musical director of The King and I. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, where his studies focused on piano, voice, choral conducting and accompanying. During his matriculation, he participated in the Festival of Two Worlds in Charleston, SC and Spoleto, Italy; productions of La Fanciulla del West and Parsifal; and numerous choral concerts with the American Symphony Orchestra, the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Vienna Philharmonic. As a free lance vocal coach, accompanist and musical director, he has collaborated in several community theater musical productions throughout central New Jersey including The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Cabaret, Closer Than Ever, Company, The Cradle Will Rock, The Fantasticks, Godspell, 1776, Shenandoah, and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Ken serves as assistant conductor to the New Jersey Gay Men's Chorus, and Yelton Rhodes Music, Los Angeles, publishes his choral arrangements.
