i Janine Miscia is a full-time math teacher at Cedar Grove High School who graduated from the College of NJ in Dec. 2002 with a BA in Mathematics Teaching and a Minor in Music. Throughout college, she performed with several choral ensembles and theatrical groups including the improv troupe Mixed Signals, the Trentones (a cappella) and Opera Theatre, for which she served as President her senior year. She has over 35 productions to her credit including: Lend Me a Tenor (Maria), Carousel (Mrs. Mullin), Die Fledermaus (Ida), Gypsy (Mama Rose), and now Saturday Night (Mildred/Female Vocalist) at Studio Playhouse. She will be seen as Suzette, the cook, in the January production of Don’t Dress For Dinner at Studio. When she stumbles upon free time she enjoys playing the piano, painting, and playing volleyball.
