Jak has been involved in theater for 30 years as an actor, director and designer. Wait Until Dark marks his first time at The Villagers. He has recently designed lighting for Inherit the Wind, A Christmas Carol, Six Degrees of Separation and Godspell at Playhouse 22, as well as Mr. Roberts at Somerset Valley Playhouse. He was also nominated for ACT Awards for his lighting design for West Side Story at Playhouse 22 and for his set design for Man of La Mancha at The Theater Guild of Old Bridge. He has also directed productions of Brighton Beach Memoirs, Gypsy, Hay Fever and Inherit the Wind. He attended Cornell College and has his Master's Degree in theater from Montclair State, He has also studied with Scott MacConnell, Andrew Gregory, Marcela Staelens and Stuart Dillon.
