The Blue People and the Red People have lived on either side of "The Wall" for decades. Interaction is forbidden, and both communities live in an atmosphere of fear, suspicion and mistrust. However, when a curious young Red Person actually sees a Blue Person for the first time, an unexpected friendship blossoms as they realize that they have a great deal to learn from one another. This charming and fanciful parable, appropriate for ages 5 to 12, encourages an end to prejudice based on what people look like or where they come from.
