This seems like a more appropriate section for this, since it's the type of thing that would be discussed at a CDR if we ever had one again. :-)
Anyway, how do you other theatre-folk deal with ticket reservations and no-shows? We're turning people away via phone reservations for KMK since all tickets are reserved for almost any given night, but when the curtain rolls around, there's 20 tickets left unclaimed and we could have sold/seated people we turned away.
Suggestions? Questions? Concerns?
