“Falsettos” at Battery Factory Theater

“Falsettos”
Music & Lyrics by William Finn
Book by James Lapine

A story of love in the face of modern conflicts. Marvin leaves his wife Trina and son Jason for another man but still wants them all to be a big happy family. Life gets more complicated when his wife marries his psychiatrist, his son is about to be bar mitzvah-ed and the lesbians next door are doing the catering. A joyous story of struggle between values, love and forgiveness. William Finn's music touches on the joy and happiness of every family by depicting one specific, very different, family.
