or "the Geography of Yearning" -- Set in the Victorian 19th century, On the Verge is a frolicsome jaunt through a continuum of space, time, history, geography, feminism and fashion. Three experienced adventurers--Mary, Fanny, and Alexander--explore Terra Incognita spinning into time travel.
