“Wife Begins at Forty” at First Avenue Playhouse

George and Linda Harper's marriage has gone stale. When confronted with a problem George gets a vasectomy, which solves nothing so he moves out. George attempts a reconciliation by trying to seduce Linda but it fails due to him trying to perform well and the unexpected return of their son from a date. But it does result in their realizing they still care about each other...and that marriages needs working at, and that their marriage certainly is worth a second chance.
