“The Shape Of Things” at Barn Theatre

“The Shape Of Things”
by Neil Labute

How far would you go for art? For love? These are the painful questions asked in this modern day twist on Pygmalion. After a chance meeting, Evelyn, a sexy, aggressive artist, and Adam, a shy, insecure student, become embroiled in an intense love affair. Under Evelyn's influence, Adam goes to great lengths to improve his appearance and character - with both positive and negative results. "The Shape of Things", which starred Paul Rudd and Rachel Weisz in both the stage and film versions, challenges the audiences ideas about art, relationships and love, itself.
