This is René’s debut with The Conservatory Players. René, who is mainly a singer, performed in 2001 in Germany, Austria, Italy and in the U.S. She sang the last two years in the McDonald’s Gospelfest on Broadway / the NJPAC ext. They won an “EMI” for ABC television in February 2001. She also was a judge in the Tri-State Miss Nubian 2001 Competition.
