Kevin Allen Biography

Kevin Allen received an Emmy Award for his design of STAGE 10 LIVES THE PETRIFIED FOREST, featuring Jack Klugman in a live televised performance. The Art Director for the feature film DIRTY DANCING, Mr. Allen was also a member of the design teams for LES MISERABLES and BROTHERS, on Broadway and LES TROYENS, at the Metropolitan Opera. Currently Principal Designer of his own firm; KLAD Ltd. which designs and produces Television Scenery, Corporate and Museum Exhibits and Interactive Media. Other projects include: WXIA, Atlanta Newsroom, CNN International, Larry King Live,.SOth Anniversary Celebration for ShopRite and NHIPGA, currently airing in Japan. He designed the set for 12MW's production of THE MISANTHROPE and the 3rd Annual ROADSIDE ATTRACTIONS.
