Chairperson of the Department of Theatre, Holly has been on the faculty of Kean University since January 1984, after completing her Master's degree at Rutgers, Mason Gross School of the Arts. Holly serves as a commissioner for the National Association of Schools of Theatre, is a member of the Paper Mill Playhouse educational advisory board, PMP Rising Star evaluator, Member of SSDC (Stage Society of Directors and Choreographers) and TCG, former member of the Union County Arts Center Board of Trustees. She lives in Westfield with her husband, daughter and two goldern retrievers.
