A newcomer to the WCRC, Marty is thrilled to be returning to the Kelsey stage, where he appeared in two musicals last season. A huge hit as Captain Hook in Playful Theatre’s Peter Pan, Marty followed that success with a scene-stealing role in the original work, Dr. Dolittle. Only last summer, Marty could be seen skipping down the yellow brick road as the Cowardly Lion in Playful Theatre’s production of The Wizard of Oz at the Open Air Theatre. Among his other community theatre credits, Marty includes the roles of Paris in Romeo and Juliet, Bill Calhoun in Kiss Me Kate, Captain Keller in The Miracle Worker, Caiaphas in a touring company of The Passion Play, and Christopher Robin in House at Pooh Corner.
