Mary Ann Murphy Biography

Mary Ann Murphy

last appeared on the Atticstage as Mary Todd Lincoln in Mrs. Lincoln, a role for which she received a Perry Award nomination for Best Actress in a Play. Other favorite Attic roles include Beatrice in A View From the Bridge, Sarah in Company, Vera in Stepping Out, Georgeann in Five Women Wearing the Same Dress and Mrs. Webb in Our Town. No More Sundays is a milestone, since Mary will be playing Joanne Smith's sister for the first time since they met "several" years ago on the stage at St. Peer's College, while playing the Brewster sisters in Arsenic and Old Lace. Thanks to Frank and to the ladies in the cast for a great experience.
