George Abbott

Legendary Broadway personality. Began his career as an actor in 1913. He later wrote numerous plays, often in collaboration, including Broadway, Coquette, Lilly Turner, Three Man on a Horse, On Your Toes, and The Boys from Syracuse; and directed and produced many others. He died 31-Jan-1995, at the the age of 107.
