Sue Robbins

was president of POA from 1990-1997 and remains on its Board of Directors. She has produced, directed, and created costume and scenery design for numerous POA productions. She has translated Hansel and Gretel, which she also directed four times for POA. Other directorial credits for POA: The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni, Carousel, The King and I, Fiddler on the Roof, The Mikado, and The Pirates of Penzance. She has designed costumes and scenery for The King and I, The Mikado, Camelot, Fiddler on the Roof; scene design for The Pirates of Penzance and Don Giovanni; and costumes for Hansel and Gretel, plus about fifty other shows. She has also acted in numerous productions and was recently seen as Berthe in Pippin! and Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest. When she's not on stage or behind the scenes, Sue is breeding and showing Tonkinese cats.
