She was nominated for a Tony Award as well as the Laurence Olivier Award in London for Sugar Babies. Several of Ann’s legendary song and dance routines were featured in That’s Dancing and the retrospective films That’s Entertainment I, II, and III. Recipient of many awards, among them the George M. Cohan Award and the Sara Siddons Award, Ann recently received an award from the "Women in Tap" part of the Red Hot and Blue Series from the Smithsonian Institute, where her tap shoes Moe and Joe are currently on display.
