Lorca Simms Biography

Most recently performed the role of Lisa in Donald Margulies’ Collected Stories, opposite the legendary Uta Hagen. She performed the role both in its acclaimed Off-Broadway run at the Lucille Lortel Theatre and last April at George Street Playhouse. Off-Broadway credits include The Pain and Misery of the Third Reich at Classic Stage Company and Les Jenkins’ Careless Love at Soho Repertory. Regionally, Ms. Simons has appeared at ACT and The Intiman in Seattle, Great Lakes Theatre Festival, Virginia Stage Company, and in the first national tour of Three Tall Women. Her television credits include “As the World Turns” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”.
