Barbara Johnson Biography

Barbara Johnson

A native of Newark, Barbara studied at HB Studios (with Bobby Lewis) and credits Stella Adler's technique with opening her actor's eyes. Her favorite roles include Sarafina in Rose Tattoo and Clara Gordon in Paradise Lost, and she appears in returning roles on All My Children and As The World Turns. Barbara is currently working on a one-woman show, There's Nothing Wrong With Being Beautiful, as well as on an independent film which will be shooting in March. She is a member of the Actors and Writers workshop, based in New York.
