Kittson O'Neill

Kittson is an East Coast native by way of Western Australia. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she studied History and Art History. Prior to that she studied theater at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Manhattan. She was an acting intern at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater for the 1996-97 season where she appeared in their production of A Christmas Carol. In addition, she understudied such roles as Chloe in Tom Stoppard's Arcadia, Zorah Bloch in Inspecting Carol, and Mai in the Milwaukee premiere of The Mai by Marina Carr. She has worked extensively in regional theater. Some of her favorite roles include: Leonide in Triumph of Love, Bianca in Desdemona, a Play about a Handkerchief, Madge in Picnic, Anna in Burn This, Beatrice in Servant of Two Masters, and Amelia Earhart in Chamber Music. She now resides in New York City where she appeared as Zelima in Turandot at the Belmont Italian American Playhouse. This summer she performed at the New York International Fringe Festival as Regan in Lear's Daughters. Television appearances include USA Up All Night and Real Stories of the Highway Patrol. She spent a year writing for America's most respected news source, "The Onion". When she is not on the road she lives with her husband, Chance Michaels, and their cats, Moth and Mustardseed.
