a member of Actors Equity Association, is appearing for the first time with Tri-State Actors Theater. Ms. Clifford has appeared in many productions off-Broadway and in regional theater and summer stock. Off-Broadway she played Elena in UNCLE VANYA, Mrs. X in THE STRONGER and She in THE ASTEROID, among others. In regional theaters and summer stock she was Viola in TWELFTH NIGHT, Irina in Chehov's THE THREE SISTERS, Raina in Shaw's ARMS AND THE MAN, and Elenor in THE LION IN WINTER. She has acted and sung leading roles in musicals including Amy in COMPANY, Evie in STOP THE WORLD, I WANT TO GET OFF, and Sarah in GUYS AND DOLLS. Ms. Clifford was featured as the Moll opposite Dick Shawn in THE CRADLE WILL ROCK under the direction of Howard Bay. She holds an MFA in acting from Brandeis University, where she studied under Theodore Kazanoff. She studied directing with Aaron Frankel in New York and is currently an Assistant Professor of Theatre at Bergen County Community College, where she is also a resident artistic director.
