“Psycho Beach Party” is a madcap recipe of satirical fun, blending together one part “Gidget,” one part “Beach Blanket Bingo,” one part “Mommie Dearest,” one part “Spellbound,” and a healthy dose of parody and camp. “Psycho Beach Party” centers around a perky Malibu Beach teenager who wants to learn to surf and join a group of beach bums.
