The Ridgewood Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company, straight from its award winning performance at The International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival, is pleased to announce auditions for PATIENCE. Show dates will start in late October, 2010.
Auditions for principal roles and chorus will be held at the Community Church of Glen Rock (one block east of Maple Avenue on Rock Road), 2nd floor Room 205, Glen Rock, New Jersey, on Thursday August 5 and Monday August 9, 2010, from 7 pm to 9:30 pm. Please arrive within the first hour if possible.
Please be prepared to sing either a song from the show or a piece that best shows your vocal quality. Note that the style is light opera! Please bring your music if not singing a piece from PATIENCE. An accompanist will be provided. If you have a conflict with these dates, please contact Carol Ciancia at 201-651-7729 or cciancia1@verizon.net.
