Tony has worked in Community Theater (CT) since 1980, with such CT’s as The Mac Allister Theater Co., HTC Productions, The Off-Broadstreet Theater, The Brick Community Players, Club Bene Dinner Theater, Sayreville Main Street Theater Company (SMSTC), Millennium, Somerset Valley Players (SVP), and Franklin Villagers, Brick Community Players, and Marlboro Players. Tony has also worked with the Metro Lyric Opera Company in Allenhurst. Tony has musically directed such shows as Crazy For You must recently for Sayreville Main Street. Dames at Sea, 1776, Carnival, Music Man, and You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown at Mac Allister Theater, On The Town, Godspell, Annie, Grease, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Vocal Direction Only), You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown and Gypsy with HTC, Bye Bye Birdie with Brick Community Players, and Kismet and Love and Kisses at Club Bene, Pippin and Hello Dolly at SMSTC, Along with Godspell at Millennium. Tony has also performed in such shows as Children Of Eden as Noah, 1776 as Rutledge, Carnival as Marco, Night Music in the Quintet, On the Town as Ozzie, Arsenic and Old Lace as Lt. Rooney, and Annie as Drake and as Rooster, Carmen, Pagliacci, Madame Butterfly, Die Fledermaus, The Merry Widow, and Cavalleria Rusticana as an ensemble member. Tony has also been a pit member for SVP’s production of Hair, Off Broadstreet’s productions of The Baker’s Wife, and Dames At Sea, SMSTC’s productions of Grease and Godspell, and Marlboro’s production of Fiddler On The Roof. Tony recently made his way back to the stage as Juan Peron in SMSTC’s production of Evita for which he was recently honored with a 2001 SMSTC Best Supporting Actor Tony Award.
